I had a great Asian Chicken Wrap at Applebees (of all places.) So this is my own recipe for an easy (and QUICK) Asian Chicken wrap. I love the crunch you get from the rice noodles and the almonds.
*******************
- 1 bag of shredded cabbage - the cole slaw mix, with carrots, and red cabbage, etc.)
- 1 can of rice noodles - you can use the chow mein noodles if you can't find rice noodles. I prefer rice noodles because they are smaller and thinner.
- Slivered almonds
- Brianna's Ginger Mandarin- (I finally found a GREAT sesame ginger dressing. We have tried a lot of them. THis one is by far the best. I think the dressing is the key to this recipe.)
- Large burrito size flour wraps
- 1 sliced chicken breast per wrap. You can use grilled chicken breast, I have been making this with a frozen breaded chicken breast.

In a bowl, toss in some shredded cabbage, slivered almonds, rice noodles and add dressing. The amounts depend on how many wraps you are making. Sorry I can't be more specific!
Put some spoonfulls of the cabbage mix, lengthwise on a wrap. Add the slices of chicken on top. Roll it up and enjoy!
